Michael McIntyre turned angry at comic’s joke

Christmas parties at office would not be fully the same if office staffs were stopped from singing Fairytale Of New York half cut. Comedian Michael McIntyre has same kind of problem as he lay claim The Pogues have ceased him utilizing the festive hymn in his stand-up routine.

The comedian tells that he got a phone call just after he sang his very own version during his last year’s Christmas Comedy. While talking in a warm up session at Soho Theatre in London before his arena tour, he told that last year he was here trying out material before his Christmas show where he did a joke about that Pogues song. After that he received a call from their man and he has been asked not to do that joke again.

The mumbling version of Michael was grounded on a gag regarding how tough Shane MacGowan's to be understood. The friends of this comedian, including Emma Bunton, Gino D'Acampo and Barbara Windsor were giggling at the audience’s place but an member of the Pogues camp did not see the comic side of it. Shane did not have any problem and it is he who wrote the track.

The song has already been covered before, including a dreadful rendition by Moya Brennan and Ronan Keating. Clearly someone has this in store for the ex Britain's Got Talent judge, Michael McIntyre.
